Dear Senior Colonels:
I hope you are having an enjoyable summer and are looking forward to your senior year. You are soon to become part of the outstanding Colonel legacy.
During your senior year you will be engaged in many activities in preparation for graduation. Our school them is "Be That Colonel...Participate, Dedicate, Graduate." You are strongly encouraged to show your Colonel Pride and to be an example for your peers.
I want to take this opportunity to inform you of some important responsibilities that you will need to address beginning with the first day of school and throughout the school year. Please focus your attention to the following three areas:
Academics: Meet with counselor to review credits for graduation requirements.
Attendance: You must be present at school unless you are out for documented reasons..
Behavior: Abide by the rules outlined in the Student Code of Conduct.
Financial Obligations: Pay all fees (class fees and books), past and present according to the enclosed financial information. Obligations must be paid if you wish to participate in senior activities, including but not limited to: homecoming dance, prom, senior picnic, senior trip, etc. . Fees may be paid during our Business Days Friday, July 29th from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM and Friday, August 5th from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM. I If you have any questions regarding your financial obligation you may contact the Finance Office by calling 540-853-2594 and speak with Mrs. Holland.
Your first day of school as a senior is Monday, August 22, 2016. I wish each of you a very successful 2016-17 school year!
