Picture Make-Ups
ATTENTION: Make-Up Day for Senior Pictures
Senior Portrait Make-Ups will take place January 20th
Students who are not photographed at the Lifetouch Thirlane Studio or who missed the original senior picture days here at school will have their photos taken at Fleming January 20th using the attached schedule. This day is ONLY for seniors who were not photographed in November.
Please review the information below and make sure you arrive at your designated time.
On the day of pictures, you must provide the photographer with:
- A complete mailing address
- An e-mail address
Students DO NOT PURCHASE pictures on these days. Proofs will be sent to the home address provided in the weeks following. Directions on how to purchase your portraits will be enclosed.
Each student will provide the yearbook with a pose of their choosing. These directions will be sent to the student’s provided e-mail.
Tux and Drape attire will be provided. Ladies are asked to bring a strapless tank top or a shirt where the sleeves may be lowered for the portrait. Gentlemen are asked to wear a t-shirt.
You must come at the designated time below.
Follow the schedule for January 20th below so we may photograph each senior accordingly while maintaining our social-distancing guidelines.

ALL GUIDELINES AND DETAILS MUST BE FOLLOWED.
Guidelines:
- Students and parents must arrive at your designated time to avoid congestion.
- All occupants must remain in their vehicle until their scheduled time. No one will be allowed in the building before their scheduled times.
- No large bags may be brought into the building.
- The school will have a designated entry and exit area. The graduate and his/her guests will be directed to enter, to be photographed, and exit the building at the appropriate time maintaining social-distancing.
- Students are not allowed to wander the building and must remain in the designated areas.
- Masks MUST be worn by all students and their guests. Students will be allowed to remove their masks briefly when photographed.
- Any senior or parent unable or uncomfortable with participating on these days should schedule private pictures with Lifetouch by calling the number listed.
Details:
- Vehicles must enter on the Ferncliff Avenue side of William Fleming High School (front of school) and park in the designated area.
- The graduates must be prepared to provide his/her full name, a complete mailing address, and student e-mail.
- Seniors must enter the building through the designated doors.
- Seniors will be invited to the stage to be dressed and photograph by staff.
- Seniors will then return to their vehicles and exit the parking lot immediately.
