VHSL Physical Form

All athletes must have a completed VHSL Physical Form and return it to their home school office before any participation can occur for the school year of 2026-2027. These forms can be picked up at any city high or middle school office.

Requirements

• Arbiter registration (create an account)
• Current VHSL sports physical
• Passed five classes and taking at least five classes
• Join us for the Fall Parent/Athlete Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 in the WF Auditorium at 6:15 p.m.

Fall Athletic Start Dates

• Golf: July 27, 2026
• Football: July 30, 2026
• Cheer: July 30, 2026
• Cross Country: August 3, 2026 (Mandatory practices start August 11, 2026)
• Volleyball: August 3, 2026
