I am the Teacher Cadet Instructor and Educators Rising lead teacher
at William Fleming High School. My mission is to prepare teacher cadets for the field of education by imparting knowledge and providing experiences that promote excellence. In doing so, my vision is that the teacher cadet program will increase interest in the field of education, improve sustainability of new hires, and ensure success of educators in
