Hello all! I'm Mrs. Poff. I have three children (ages 7, 9, and 15), a husband (age?), and a crazy dog named 'Rinko (almost 2), who happens to be deaf. I love animals, art, nature, spending time with my family and "framily." I believe we can make the world a better place day by day. I am a vegetarian and I love to cook (even meat!). The Steelers are my team, and unicorns are real. ;) 
This will be my nineteenth year of teaching English here at Fleming (prior to that I taught Art briefly at Breckinridge and waited tables). I never expected to be teaching in quite this way. We have met some serious educational challenges in the last few years, but I can honestly say that we have amazing students who are not only working hard but THRIVING. I am very proud of my students and the way you have faced these obstacles head-on. 
Together, we will persevere and come out stronger than before.
